De kleur van het titelscherm is normaal blauw. Als je het spel hebt uitgsepeeld wordt het echter paars. Je kan het scherm weer blauw maken door de volgende toetsencombinatie in het titelscherm te gebruiken: Omhoog, Omhoog, Omlaag, Omlaag, Links, Rechts, Links, Rechts, B, A. Voer dezelfde combinatie nog een keer in om de kleur daarna weer paars te laten worden.

Speel 'Evil' duelisten vrij
Na de credits na het Natinal Tournament wordt het spel bewaard. Als je weer met hetzelfde spel verder gaat kan je met de 'Evil' duelisten duelleren.(Marik, Strings, Rare Hunter, Umbra & Lumis, Arkana, and Odion).


Altijd als eerste aan de beurt als je rock/paper/scissors verliest
Als je verliest met de ronde rock/paper/scissors, blijf dan op L drukken. hierdoor zal je altijd als eerste mogen.

Insect Duel
Praat met Weevil Underwood met een deck waar alle monsters insect-monsters zijn

Mai Duel
Als de Scrolling bar vraagt of Harpie-types alleen voor Mai zijn, moet je een deck maken waar geen kaart in voorkomt met het woord Harpie erin en geen spell cards. Mai zal dan met je willen vechten.

Speciaal duel
Maak van je deck een Exodia-deck. Praat met Grampa in de Card Shop en hij zal je vragen om met hem te duelleren met ene Exodia-deck. Dit duel kan je alleen winnen als je alle 5 delen van Exodia in mijn hand hebt. Als een van de twee levenspunten op 0 komt is het een gelijkspel.
